4. Shipping Policy for Combined Orders

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will ship once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

5. Cancellations & Changes

Due to the made-to-order nature of pre-orders, we do not accept cancellations, size changes, or order modifications once the order is placed.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

Pre-orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of damaged or defective items upon arrival. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
